Shipping
All carriage charges are included in the price for UK Mainland only. Delivery to N. Ireland and Off Shore UK Islands please ask us for the price! Although we have the logistic capabilities to accommodate deliveries outside the UK mainland, additional charges will be applied (although not without the permission of the customer). If you require a quotation before placing an order, please feel free to call or email us.

We are quite happy to ship to BFPO addresses.
 
For all orders placed with Cornucopia Retail Ltd please ensure the contact number supplied is correct. Although we promise to do all we can to achieve delivery deadlines, we like others, cannot give any guarantees. On this basis claims for consequential loss against Cornucopia Retail Ltd will not be accepted. All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day following cleared payment being received.

Deliveries
Items sent via Royal Mail 1st class should reach you within 1-2 days from the date of despatch, however Royal Mail do not guarantee this. 1st class items can still, on occasion, take up to 3-4 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding. Lost items
Items sent via Royal Mail:
Items that have not been received within 14 days will be replaced once we have confirmed the items are lost. Please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item.
 
Returns
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note we can only refund/replace items we receive.

THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ALL RETURNS –
All parts of the item(s) including any original box/packing. Your name, address, your order number and a short note to let us know the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. These must be included with your return for us to locate your original order and process the refund or replacement.
